Our breadless knife and fork version of a bruschetta is easier than ever. Simply top Grilled Zucchini with a mixture of fresh tomato, basil and garlic. Tastes like a summer day.

INGREDIENTS

2 large tomatoes, chopped (about 3 cups)

3 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil

1-1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 package Green Giant® Grilled Veggies Zucchini, cooked according to package directions

DIRECTIONS

Combine tomato, garlic, basil, oil and vinegar. Arrange Green Giant® Grilled Veggies Zucchini on serving dish and spoon tomato mixture over Zucchini. Garnish with additional basil if desired.
